These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BlurWard (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

BlurWard provides tools to automatically detect, censor, anonymize, or mask sensitive information in video files. You may only use the Service for lawful and legitimate purposes.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any actions taken under it.

3. Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of all videos and files uploaded to the Service. BlurWard does not claim any rights over your content.

4. File Processing

Uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted once processing is complete.
BlurWard does not store, analyze, or use uploaded content beyond what is required to provide the Service.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

Upload illegal content.

Use the Service to violate privacy rights or identify individuals without consent.

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass any part of the Service.

Use the Service in ways that infringe data protection laws.

6. Availability

The Service may be updated, paused, or modified at any time for maintenance, improvements, or security reasons.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the subscription selected. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Detection accuracy is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

BlurWard is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or any consequences resulting from the use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

BlurWard may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any changes.
